DOG OF THE MONTH - MAY - DOUGIE DOUGAL!!!!!

May's dog of the month is Dougal, one of the small side's big personalities!

Dougal is a real boy's boy but can so as sweet as candy floss sometimes when he wants a bit of affection and a play - just don't go near him with a hair brush! Dougie is as good as gold in the bath but once you brush his face he is NOT impressed! So his last haircut meant short hair on face - but super long ears!

We think Dougal deserves the Dog of The Month honour simply for putting up with his funky hair cut but his winning personality cements his place of honour up on our wall this month!
We love Dougal here, Creedon's wouldn't be the same without him!

CONGRATS DOUGAL!!! Dougal wins a FREE week of doggie daycare next week, Tues 6th to Mon 13th, and we will proudly display Doug's pic on our walls!

News - March 1st 2013 - Dog of the Month

This month's Dog Of The Month honour goes to our mini GSD Tallulah !! Well actually she's a JRT Pom mix but we think she looks like a teenie tiny German Shepard! She certainly thinks she's a big dog anyway!!

Tallulah is one of those always happy dogs, zooming in the door 100miles an hour and causing general mischief and mayhem with all her buds!!
Tallulah's best friend is Miley, equal size and equally up for fun! They adore each other, and their tails look like plane propellers when they get together!

Tallulah gets a free week of doggie daycare next week so will be exhausted by the weekend, and her picture will be on proud display in our shop and notice board.

Congrats Tallulah, ya messer!!

News - March 16th 2013 - Helping Dogs and Cats in Need

We are very proud to announce our next charity event due to be held at Creedons Doggie Daycare on Saturday 16th of March.

As you would imagine we are massive animal lovers at Creedons, and understand that when times are tough for some pet owners they simply cannot afford to visit their local dog trainer or vet to get some questions answered.
We are offering FREE one to one q&a sessions with our dog trainer Nanci Creedon, and everyone's favourite vet Dr. Megan Kenny.

We are initially offering this free q&a session to those who are in receipt of social welfare or hold a medical card.
To book a session with the dog trainer or vet, please email info@creedonsdoggiedaycare.com with your phone number, and the issue that you need to address. We will then get back to you early March with a time to see the specialist.

Please be aware that spaces are extremely limited. We hope to repeat this event again in the future provided people don't take advantage of our generous offer.
We hope to offer a similar event for rescue / adopted dogs but as slots are limited this event is reserved for recipients of social welfare / medical cards.

News - 30th January 2013

Dog Of the Month is back with a bang.. or should we say bullet!!!! Oscar is his name and speed is his game!! This little fella has to be one of the happiest dogs we know! He zooms around the daycare 100mph creating a El Oscaro, the dog-made tornado, we get dizzy just watching him!!!

Besides being a mad little thing, Oscar is also super sweet and affectionate. He's also a technology wizard, creating his own facebook page  where he shares his passion for shoes and Robbie Williams (slightly influenced by mummy we think!).

While many think of Oscar as a powderpuff with a silver spoon in his mouth, he's also had some darker days. Oscar had an irrasional fear of larger dogs, which troubled him for some time. But thanks to mummies clever gradual desensitisation, and lots of visits to the Douglas farmer's market, Oscar can now proudly say that dogs with a larger disposition are now friend and not foe.

We love our little fluff ball and are delighted that he is our first Dog Of The Month for 2013!

Oscar's picture will proudly be displayed in our shop and notice board this month and he will have a full week of free doggie daycare next week!!!

Your one stop shop for all your doggie needs!!

Feel free to have a nose around and sniff out more information on all we have to offer – daycare, at home boarding, grooming, and our retail shop!

Our philosophy here is simple – we treat each dog as if they were our own, and we do all we can to ensure the health and happiness of each dog that comes through our door! Don't forget to check out our news section to keep up to date with our updates, and join our mailing list on the contact us page to join our newsletter to receive monthly offers!

We have an at home boarding service for dogs that don't enjoy kennels. This is for dogs who have joined the daycare.

We offer dog obedience classes, puppy training classes, puppy socialisation classes, private training sessions and one on one consultations. We also have reactive classes for dogs thought to be aggressive dogs.
Our groomer is at the ready to offer dog grooming in our dog grooming parlour.

We offer doggie daycare for happy, healthy, socialable dogs who like to play! Our centre is indoors and heated to avoid the crazy Irish weather!

We are located on Vicars Road, Togher. We are easily accessable from all parts of Cork City and County. We are a 5minute drive from Douglas, Cork City, Bishopstown, Cork Airport, a 10minute drive from Blackpool, Ballincollig, and Rochestown, 15minutes from Carrigaline, Glanmire, and 20minutes from Blarney, Midleton, Monkstown, and Little Island.
